Pricing
No flat fees, no per-patient surcharges, no surprise line items.
ACOS is priced by the team using it and the modules you actually run. A small outpatient clinic doesn't pay for inpatient workflows it doesn't have. Training, implementation, and ongoing support are included.
The model
A core platform — outpatient, patient records, billing, and lab orders — runs at every ACOS facility. Everything else (inpatient, theatre, pharmacy, radiology, multi-site) is added when you actually need it. The base licence is sized to your active staff so you're not paying for capacity you don't use.
Practice
Up to 25 staff
Solo practices, polyclinics, and outpatient-focused facilities. Core platform, OPD-shaped.
Hospital
Most common25–150 staff
Multi-department private hospitals running inpatient, theatre, and full clinical workflows.
Network
150+ staff, multi-site
Hospital groups and networks running ACOS across more than one facility.
We don't publish a public cedi rate because every hospital's configuration differs: team size, modules, integrations, training depth. We'd rather quote you accurately than quote you cheaply. Get a tailored quote
Core and add-ons
Every ACOS deployment ships with the core platform. Modules switch on as your operations grow. Most hospitals start with the core plus two or three add-ons, then layer in more as workflows mature.
Core platform — always included
Outpatient triage, queue, and consultation flow.
Configurable MRN format, demographics, clinical history.
Price books, ledger entries, daily reconciliation.
Order entry, results entry, and basic reporting.
Staff accounts, role-based access, full audit trail.
Daily operations, revenue, and clinical activity views.
Add-on modules — priced separately
Admissions, ward management, nursing workflows, discharge.
OR slots, cases, peri-op documentation.
Inventory, requisitions, dispense, stock movements.
Full LIS workflow, sample tracking, instrument integrations.
Imaging orders, reports, and integration touchpoints.
Payor workflows, claim build, reconciliation.
Clinical assistance, summarisation, decision support.
Group rollups, cross-site reporting, central admin.
What's included
The cost of a hospital management system isn't the licence. It's the eighteen months of consultancy and integration fees that come after. We bundle the work, not just the software.
Discovery, configuration, data migration from existing systems, and on-site staff training. Your people are productive on day one.
Email, phone, and WhatsApp support during business hours. Issues that block patient care get a response within an hour.
Data encryption, audit trails, role-based access, and regular backups — built in, not bolted on. No security upgrade tier.
Within your tier, every doctor, nurse, pharmacist, and admin gets an account. We don't charge per nurse, per receptionist, or per shift.
Every customer gets every release within their licensed modules. We don't gate features behind upgrade tiers — when ACOS gets better, your hospital gets better.
No per-document, per-claim, or per-API-call charges. The price you sign on is the price you pay, every month.
What costs extra
We're upfront about what isn't bundled — because the alternative is finding out three months in.
Add-on modules
IPD, theatre, pharmacy, advanced lab, radiology, insurance, advanced AI, and multi-site administration are licensed alongside the core platform. You only pay for the ones you turn on.
Custom integrations
Standard integrations are included. If you need ACOS to talk to a specific lab analyzer, an unusual accounting package, or a payor's bespoke claim portal, custom integration work is scoped and quoted.
Hardware
ACOS runs on the devices you already have — laptops, tablets, phones. If you need new hardware (barcode scanners, label printers, dedicated tablets), we'll recommend specs and you'll buy from your preferred supplier.
Data migration from complex legacy systems
Migrating from spreadsheets or modern systems is included. Migrating from a 12-year-old custom build with no export tooling is a real engineering project, and we'll quote it as one.
